RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your 100% satisfaction is very important to us. If You got unwanted item, the item is damaged or not as accepted You can return it to us. All returns has to be made within 5 working days of the order delivery date. Your money for the unwanted goods as well as purchased delivery cost will be issued as full refund to the original form of payment once we will receive the item and process it.

The cost of returning unsatisfied goods is paid by customers.

Undeliverable parcels:

If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to us and You will have the full refund.

If you wish to return unwanted goods please make sure that:

• The appearance of the product has not changed substantially.
